Sikadur®-52 ID

LOW VISCOSITY EPOXY RESIN INJECTION

Sikadur®-52 ID is a solvent-free, 2-component super low viscosity-liquid, based on high strength epoxy resins. Specially for injecting into cavities and cracks in concrete.

Usage

To fill and seal cavities and crack in structural concrete such as columns, beams, foundations, decks and water-retaining structures.

Application steps

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Surface must be clean and sound. It may be dry or damp, but free of standing water.

MIXING

Pre-mix each component. Proportion 2 part Component A to 1 part Component B into a clean pail. Mix thoroughly for 3 minutes with a paddle on low-speed (400-600 rpm) drill until uniformly blended. Mix only quantity that can be used within its pot life.
